WHAT? (http://www.first-avenue.com/calendar/event_866.aspx)
Also the St Paul Art Crawl is happening that weekend so I propose the following pre-event celebration I like to call
St Paul Art Crawl / Do I really want to be in the dark with these assholes? (http://www.stpaulartcrawl.org/press_rel.php)
Proposed Schedule:
Art Crawl: 4-6
Ladytron: 6:30 - whenever
Likely Schedule:
Art Crawl: 4:00 - 4:05
Pub Crawl: 4:10 - 7:30
Ladytron: 7:30 - whenever
Personally, I plan to go to the Art Crawl, then pick up tickets at 6:30, then do some bar hopping, then go back to see ladytron like 7:30-8:00
Come if you want to, PM, post, whatever. If people decide they want to go (art crawl, ladytron) we will decide a meet-up place and time.

Is anyone else going to this? I would go, but having CorporateWhore call me a "commie" all night only seems slightly entertaining.

I'll promise not to make any references to you red bastards
It really isn't a big deal. Taste of Nations and a Legalize Marijuana protest is coming up soon so I may post those as well.

Where's the meet up place and time?
Dude...I just listened to that bands music on their website and their stage performance would have to be good to be worth the dollars. Moreover, what's the layout of the venue...is it easy to see the stage from several locations; better yet, can I sit at the bar, suck down vodka, and see the stage, all at the same time?
*please say yes, please say yes, please...*

So how was the Ladytron show? Spill it.
Was the meetup a raging success? Shall I interpret the silence as a damning omission or the result of a solemn oath to never speak of it again? Somebody ended up drunk dancing and grinding on another member, didn't they? Thought so.
CW: have you met "KNUCKLES" at Yesterdaze? Do they still ritualistically smash the free birthday mugs from the frat boy bar across the street (Brothers)? The frosted side of me really enjoys that while the wheat side wishes I had safety goggles on.

The band sucked. They had multiple equipment failures, followed by a sub-par set, at best. But, the beer was good, and so was the conversation. Sorry, know one got naked...typically that would be an admission of failure; but in this case, there were to many camera's around for me to feel completely comfortable.
And we did discuss how we can get your sorry ass down here for the legalize mary-jane march.

I hope only voluntary means were considered. I'm allergic to duct tape.
