SWM24, florida (single--get right outta town!)
management / clerical (good job, but the kind of trad position that every website claims is anathema to INTP's, amusingly enough)
nothing else of note, at least now while I'm presently wasting a small amount of work time...

Welcome!
There's plenty to note. Do you like your job? Do you travel much? What got ya hunting for an intp forum? How long have you known about your affliction?
let's see...
job's pretty good (a little boring, but a very informal environment (wearing sandals right now), which is a treat, and the money's good)...I've been to chicago, boston, & london (w/ a stop in amsterdam) over the past few years...I was reading yahoo's INTP board for a while, and I found kiersey's book at random in the library...don't recall how I stumbled onto knowledge of my "affliction" (good call)...I think I "moonlight" as an ENTJ (clerical job, highly-functional condescencion, not traditionally "shy"), but I spend most of my free time at home by myself. on purpose.

what sort of hobbies do you have?
where do you see yourself in 10 years?
did you get hit by the hurricane ? do you have plans to move further inland at some point?
actually, I'm the luckiest bastard in the history of earth: I'm a slumlord on the side from my real job (I own 3 condos and a house, contemporary lending standards are completely stupid to my benefit, I'm renting them all out), and none of them were affected by the hurricane! I just want to retire (hence the slumlord bit), I don't have any long-term goals except for not having to work anymore...my hobbies include golf (used to be pretty good, no longer due having a real job), smoking, drinking, and, umm, economics (I dropped out of college after one semester just cuz it was boring and I hated being broke, but that probably would have been my area of study)...in related news, I'm one of the laziest people I've ever met.

yeah, college is a real scam. I lasted 4 semesters ... I wouldn't mind getting a CS degree but.. yeah meh. I can learn everything I want online or in books.. schooling will probably only fill in too few gaps.
this is awesome:

except the link sucks, it goes to the main page (which is semi-lame), if you scroll down though there's an essay titled "college: a huge waste of time and money"

I lost my will to be socially inviting after reading that college link. I'm a college student. I'm sad.
Welcome to the forum.
Sorry for making you sad. Sorrier still that that which made you sad is so true.

It's okay, I'm an American. I'll just go watch some Fox news to make myself feel better.

It's not about the graphics, it's about the Adventure! *http://www.fantasyanime.com/finalfantasy/ff6/ff3setzer4.mid*

If there is ever a time when I am not being sarcastic about Fox news, it is your duty as a fellow INTP to hunt me down and destroy me.
sorry, you're right, but the same can be said of the Communist News Network at the other end of the spectrum. Long live jon stewart's fake news!
