I don't remember exactly where in the book or the exact type, but Kersey used him as an example of SP tactics in "Plz Nderst& Me 2, K THX" if I'm not mistaken.

Now that you mention it, he has similar features to some ESFPs I've known. But I'm not saying he's ESFP.

I searched a bit in Kersey now, and can only find mention of Rommel in the tactical leader (SP) section, so it might be my memory F'ed up. I still believe Monty is a SP though, and he looks very F.

He looks like an ISTJ to me.
