so...everyone who watches sports (and probably a few others) has seen the miller lite 'man law' commercials with eddie griffin, jerome bettis, etc.

one of them features a discussion about whether you can take the beer you brought to a party out of the cooler when you leave; they determined that this was impermissible, then eddie griffin suggested you can take 1 with you, and the other guy replied "like, a tuck rule?"

ladies and gents, this 1 beer in question is called a roadie...and I've been waiting for a negative response from MADD ever since the first time I saw the commercial.

as george carlin said, "its thoughts like these which kept me out of the good schools."

The girlfriend one is the only funny one though.

Good point, but they didn't say they were drinking it, just transporting it home after the party, neither did they say whether or not they have a designated driver, or if they were taking a car at all. They just said they were leaving, and wanted to take the beer with them.
