i like to look at it like this:
with out the mighty british imperialism that was, canada would never be. we're like a child of today not wanting to leave home, but ever so slowly seperating ourselves from our parents. one day we will move out, maybe we will be 35, but we will. at least we know we won't end up like our dirty neighbor's son that moved out when he was 14 started shooting heroin in the alley at 16, robbing and raping at 16 and a half, and mudering at 17. Just because he thought that was the way to gain power.
