I told a girl I loved her and that I wanted to start dating again and she didn't respond with anything, the reason we broke up was lack of feeling on my part. She recently helped me through a hard times and she just ignored my statement. Why???

Hmm...not sure if you've come to the best place for an answer. You were a bit shallow on the specifics; some clarification may be needed in order for us to give advice.

I would hazard a guess that she doesn't feel the same way...

Maybe she's not sure that you meant it, particularly if she thought that you lacked feelings in the past.

Not enough information to tell anything at all. How long were you dating her before you broke up? How long have you known her overall? How long has it been since you broke up with her? How serious was the relationship? Was there any sort of talk of commitment made? What has your relationship with her been like since you broke up? How did she help you?

Due to lack of information, I'll just speak from _personal_ experience. When stuff like this has happened to me in the past (okay, so once...), it's been the fact that she still had feelings but... It's like imagine if you had your heart set on something all your life, a goal. You never really got it, tried, and were almost _so close_ but always felt like it wasn't there, it wasn't what you were after. You give up on attaing this goal, as it seems to avoid you. After so long, one day, it just is on your bed when you wake up. For no apparent reason. You're no longer sure what to do, you're overjoyed yet also totally confused and weirded out.

My guess (once again, lacking further information :)) is that she's on an emotional roller coaster, if she cares about you, has helped you, and now found this out heh. If she's F then make that double.

In any event, get more info as the other said and more can be said 'bout it :)
