Hell no.

Mostly because I can't speak understandable English to save my life.

why not! it would be great :D

The question is, what should we talk about? We better decide on a subject. INTPs and group talk, not good

I imagine there are better ways to embarass myself.

Have you ever heard any Finn try to speak English? It's absolutely incomprehensible.

Is there a microphone, and you actually talk to each other? Or, is it text typing talk?

Microphone, like talking on the phone except it is free. It's easy to set up (http://www.skype.com/) also

IMHO a group of introverts on a spontaneous multi-way call is not going to work. At best it will be 'awkward'.

With a chairman and an agenda maybe but as there is no real point to the meeting I just can't see it being a good experience. Irc is one thing but this is completely different.

I could be wrong?

I think everybody else will think whoever is talking the most is an annoying asshole. And that will set a bad example and discourage talking. So we might need some kind of ORDER! Yes, ORDER! Rules! :referee:

Well, I just got back from a Philosophy Disscussion Group, and the majority of people there (about 20) I would say are NTs, if not INTs. We discussed:

CIVILIZATION: FOR AND AGAINST

Civilization has usually been looked on as an advance over previous "savage"
and "barbaric" forms of human society. It has been credited with delivering
humanity from backwardness and ignorance and bringing us expanded knowledge, increased
wealth, greater longevity, technological advances, cultural achievements and progress
in every sphere. However, there have always been critics of civilization who have
argued that previous tribal and traditional societies were richer in community,
social cooperation, spirituality, and harmony with nature, and that the overriding
effects of civilization are social domination, personal alienation, spiritual poverty,
and ecological catastrophe.

And we have a philosophy professor from Tulane who is the facilitator. Really have some cool NT discussions. Could do that.

I could log in if you like, a helpful E to try to keep conversation going, but I do understand that silence doesn't mean someone isn't thinking about what they want to say, so I should eb able to give Introverts the space they need.

And at the same time you can all think of me as the annoying asshole then! (Many already do). Just thought I'd offer my annoying asshole services... I like to be of help!

just don't sing...

I wasn't going too, but man did you just put an idea in my head....

surely a good rousign chorus of soem monty python song would be fun.. How about 'Sit on my face' or even the lumberjack song? or maybe even the philosophers song.... "There's nothing Nezchite could teach you about the raising of the wrist.... Socrates his self was permanatly pissed..."

Seriously I promise not to sing!
