I prefer Ibuprofein (or whatever the spelling). about a half a litre of water + one of those before going to bed is a 100 % sure way to prevent hangovers.

and uh ... the topic. Skype. How many of us actually like talking on the phone? not many I guess. Skype is the same, except it's easier to play solitaire while talking (or not talking, waiting for the other person to say something).

Oh yeah, it's a pretty good alternative to a real phone if you use your computer enough. You can make PC to phone calls very cheap. Like 2 cents a minute anywhere in the country. International is cheap too, I'm sure.

Well, that concludes my participation into the INTP central skype, I'll be gone for the rest of the day so someone else will have to take lead on the next two blocks if you guys decide to do it.

Yeah, it was pretty cool. I just happen to be around during the meet up times, even though I don't know when they are! I would start one up tonight but I'm working, maybe after work I'll see whats up with you folks.

If we all add each other as friends, then it will be easy to get conversations and conferences going. That way we just get on whenever we are available and see who's there.

A few months? Damn, that's a long time! That's okay though, I don't want to get addicted to talking to people on the computer. Has anyone used the program called TeamSpeak? I used to always get on there and chat with my friends whenever I was on the computer. I still do that sometimes. In that respect, it's kind of cool. You can have a button for talking so people don't hear everything you do when you're not saying something.

I have an idea. How about if everyone who's interested in a skype conference (doesn't have to be right then) just join #Skype on IRC. Then whenever someone thinks that there are enough people in the room, he calls out some names (to wake people up) and then they start a Skype conference.

We don't have to wait 2 months to skype with eachother. We don't need a hundred people. All we need is to have enough people there to make it worthwhile and then just start it. People can always be added later on.
