Pick your poison.
I have seen all but the last two seasons of both, I say Buffy.

I did not even know that either existed until a few years ago. I became a Charmed fanatic, instantly. However, it appears that the new seasons are being written ad hoc. I never watched Buffy, but really enjoy Angel when I can see it. I still get mesmerized by the Angel Theme. I wished it was a full version to the song.

Charmed! Buffy sux0rz!
I voted for Buffy, but I can watch either show. Although, I find the BUffy cast to be better looking on the whole. Charmed probably needs more lesbian witches, the cornerstone of any fanbase. :)

Poison?:p
Charmed rules!
Personally I don't like Buffy, I find it shallow and rather boring, and I think the characters of Buffy are bad-looking(excluding Willow), not those of Charmed! *is waaaaay too fanatic;)*
But I agree, shamefully enough the new seasons are written ad hoc, big time. And I miss Prue!:( [insert pointless rant here] Anyhow, my sincere and deep *cough cough* apologies to all Buffy-fans out here...

Yeah, me too. I haven't warmed up to Paige, and probably never would. I guess it's just that I don't find McGowan attractive. I would have loved to had a little sister like Alyssa Milano's "Phoebe". As a matter of fact, I would love to have a sister like Holly Marie Combs' "Piper". Interestingly, being of the male species, I find them both sexy, but in a platonic way.

I miss Prue too, she was the best of the four. The best.

Buffy is one of my all time top 10 TV shows.
Charmed, based on the 10-15 eps. I've seen, seems really dumbed down.

How about neither? lol.. I watched the first 2 seasons of Buffy and loved it, but I couldn't stand it after that for some reason. And Charmed is unbearable to watch, there's something very fake about it.

Buffy is one of the silliests shows I have seen, lol... it annoys me. At least charmed are good to help you shut your mind off. :p
(Btw... I always thought Prue was a bitch).

Buffy fanatic here. Charmed seems to try too hard.

There both filled with people who whine too much.
I swear if I wasn't worried that she would just do nothing about the situation at all I think a INTP would be better at almost all of those things.
If it wasn't for that fact that:
Buffy spends too much time outside and not behind the computer.
The charmed sisters keep on getting interrupted. Granted this would probably cause to any demon bothering them meeting with a swift demise (having already put the book in a digital format) but it would drive a INTP mad.
Although a Willow INTP would have been nicer though. No F sentiment, simply magic being used to poof all the vampires.

So, what's up with the Avatars? Does anyone think that Leo is being bamboozled? Clearly something has to occur, but I have heard that the Charmed ones have wanted to end the series, for quite sometime. Maybe, Leo will present a way of life that balances good and evil.

I think Oz was INTP.

The series is full of wiccan sympathetic. Which means their far too self-righteous and have the ethical complexity of a four year old, which will preclude any realistic shade of grey.
Unless whoever writes the series doesn't have anything to lose and wishes to flip the birdy as the series ends.

I never really got into Charmed - but as a heterosocial* I'm just not that interested the antics of a group of women :D At least Buffy has a mix of male and female characters. Plus Spike
Joss Whedon ain't Shakespeare, but he's a darn sight better than a lot of writers on TV these days...
N.
* unofficial term for someone who gets on better socially with opposite physical sex - what used to be called a 'tomboy', but that has sporty connotations that us INTPs would probably rather avoid!

Hehe, that reminds me of the time I bribed someone with a naked picture of Spike. Bribery is good.... it's a win-win situation!

Now we're veering slightly off topic into other shows... I do like Buffy, but my real favourite is the Sopranos. Tony's really your average Joe trying to balance a difficult job and a growing family, just like some of us.
