The five articles under the Cover Story section present a refreshing viewpoint, though they do seem to have some bias in the way they say certian things,as pointed out below.

Something like, "On tuesday 12 Lebanese were killed, including 2 children and 3 babies." Telling how many people were killed in a day of fighting doesn't require the "sympathy plea" implied in pointing out the young age of a few of the people killed. Or maybe I'm just cynical or something, whatever.

Other than that, I think the articles are a nice change from the Limbaugh/Hannity radio stuff I listen to when I drive.

That is good.

Discovered the eXile a few weeks ago, but more on the social side than current politics. Thanks.

This one by the same author is better, Shady, seriously.

Comrade Stalin had this generous rule that if you died, you didn't have to ride the G-for-Gulag Train to Yakutsk. In fact, if you could prove you were dead, you were automatically let off your 16-hour shift when the temperature fell below minus 65 degrees. So Lydia got to spend the rest of the war in a nice comfy grave.

I found this bit of it to be hilarious for some reason:

"Nasrullah may look like a fat social studies teacher who needs a shave, but you don't claw your way to the top of a bloody world like that one without brains. The men who run Hezbollah attacked because they finally figured out that they literally cannot lose. The IDF can never expel Hezbollah from South Lebanon, because it's a genuine mass movement, as committed and crazy at the roots as at the top."
