Well, i happened to be browsing a website which stereotyped people personalities into certian 'classes.' I wasnt too thrilled with the idea of classifying personalities, but I took a small test regardless. Found out i was an INTP. Managed to get here, read the profile, and I was quite shocked! It fit me in so many ways. I was impressed with the description of how an INTP will sometimes detach from himself to analyze himself and view himself from anothers perspective.

As asked on a previous into thread, 'What do you like about being an INTP?"

Perhaps i gain the most enjoyment form public speaking. Yeah odd, but let me explain. As usual, I dont converse much with others, so many think that I simply lack the ability to speak well. So they are quite surprised when I can present myself as being calm, confident, and quite knowledgable.

O yeah, my names andy, Im 18 and from America, I am a computer enthusist, i enjoy baseball(only when im pitching, as it relies the least upon others, and im not concerned with losing if im not pitching) and as described in the the profile, I am fascinated with music.

Whew, long winded intro... HI

Not that long-winded. If you were an ESFP it would be about 10 times longer ; ). Hi!

The public speaking bit is interesting. I wonder how other INTPs fare in that area...I am definitely hit or miss depending on how well I know what I'm talking about. I'm pretty terrible at bullshitting while public speaking, but a good and confident speaker if I'm informed on the subject.

Hello. The MBTI is quite an eye opener. I just found out a while ago too (I make it sound like a disease, sorry).

Have fun.
