I think it would be good to rename the Womens Forum as the "Gender Studies" Forum.
If you look at the list, that is how it is currently being used anyway. This would take care of the complaints for a Men's Forum at the same time.
Just an idea...

Sounds like an excellent idea.
The current name always make me think of school, where the girls in the class would have certain activities separately so that the "noisy boys" wouldn't disturb them. Although it was the girls that were the noisiest.

I applaud changing the label - I hadn't seen this thread.
I only wish it didn't say "studies" because that seems as poor a fit as the old label.

And, file cabinet, thank you for making this beautiful forum, with others, I know. All the better.

I started intpcentral, but intpcentral wouldn't have happened without the previous forum which was started by Ngene

I did not know that - and I wondered & wondered the first times I visited (I then thought, whoever it is must want to be anonymous... but I could have missed it, too)
Thank you, NGene, for sharing all these talents of yours! :)

No, I didn't get it until I saw you rolling on the floor, and wondered, "What's gotten into cloakable...?"
Maybe when you catch your breath you can use that wit - I don't like the "studies" half - it sounds PC to me - but I'm feeling like Poor Yorrick, empty skull, over this.
