A new computer system used to process benefits payments has been scrapped at a cost to the taxpayer of £141m, the BBC has learned.
Another UK government computer cock-up.
Wankers.

While I was studying computer science in London, I was shocked to learn that a very high percentage of major IT projects in the UK (and probably the world) end up in failure. I think it was 65% or something. I'll try to find some links.
