What do you consider essential for your bathroom cabinet, first aid kit, shower, etc. ie, are you a minimilist, or do you like a bit of everything?

What would we see if we snooped into your bathroom cupboards?

I am trying to pare down what I have, I have a bit of everything.
My shower has: white dial soap, suave coconut shampoo, biolage shampoo, samples of hyatts lemon verbena gels, lotions and shampoos. My shelves have: witch hazel for plucking hair (it opens the pores), Toms of Maine honeysuckle rose deoderant, samples of Paul Mitchell products that I won from a drawing at hair dresser, biolage shine renewal spray, banana boat aloe vera gel (for after sun), gillette sensitive skin foam shaving cream (sons), caladryl lotion, (insect bites), first aid kit with assorted bandages, gauze pads, tape, neosporin, dark glasses, eye patch, mouth to mouth microshield, rolaids, dental mirror, instant cold compress, thermometer.

Shelf has: Salonpas (oriental menthol pads for cricks in necks, I get bad cricks about 2-3x a year), Childrens benadryl allergy and cold cherry flavor chewable tabs, Hair cutting scissors, Avon nail kit, sliver tweezers, eyebrow pluckers. Olay age defying cleanser, Kiss my face "honey and calendula" cream, pure pennyroyal oil, prodentx toothpaste, crest regular toothpaste, tons of scott tissue, and charmin aloe tp, cotton balls, one bottle nail polish and remover, steam humidifyer, hot water bottle, always pads, q-tips, my razor and my sons razor, another first aid kit with extra bandages, and a kit prepared for travel with assorted sinus decongestants for airplanes, small shampoos, cocobutter lotions, deoderants, antibacterial wipes, etc. And our three toothbrushes. I am not a minimilist, but I am always trying to pare down what I have. I rarely use aspirin or pain relievers, don't even have any right now. If I buy a bottle, they always expire long before I use them. I bought extra strength tylenol when I had a tooth canal, and used one.

Okay, I keep everything I use in a cabinet in my room so nobody else in the family can steal it. As such everything I need is in there:

Normal shampoo, a small bottle of damned good anti-dandruff shampoo that's usually out of stock, toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, deoderant, slightly strechy plasters, germolene, facecloth, shower gel, cacti fertiliser (in crystaline form), a stone with a face drawn onto it with a pencil, things borrowed from hotels (including small soap bars, packets of salt, showercap, sewing kit, shower gel, shampoo, shoe polisihing sponge and a small jar of marmalade) , an old 9v battery (let me just check by putting my tonuge...agghhhh...maybe it's not so old after all), multivitamin tablets, linseed capsules and an 'airplant food' sprayable fertiliser bottle.
I have no real first aid kit because not only do I never need one, but i'm sure my parents have one somewhere...

I really shouldn't keep all those things together there, i'm sure that one day i'll accidently apply cacti fertiliser to a wound rather than germolene...

And then here's me with a razor, an electric razor, shampoo, liquid soap, neosporin (new fungus?) comb, small comb thing for beard, fingernail clippers, and a bar of Lava. Small mirror that I never use. Deodorant. That's about it. If I need bandaids (I usually go without, unless it's a finger injury) I have to beg, borrow, or steal.
