Today is Constitution Day in the U.S. Yeah, who knew?
Here is a brief 8 question quiz about some Constitution high points.

I pathetically missed the amendment number on the equal protection law on my attempt at this quiz.

4/8 and proud to be an American. A couple of those seemed like trick questions to me, where two anwsers seemed like they could both be right.

I think this is true. On some of the questions they used the Constitutional standard as well as current modern practices as possible answers.

8 out of 8! Wow! ... Actually, we had this quiz or one very like it before. This time around, I got the 2 that I had wrong right, the number of amendments and the equal protection amendment.
Now that Dubya and the Congress have shredded up the Constitution, and even burned the Bill of Rights, this quiz is pointless - unless one gets a little kick out of knowing the details of history versus having a general understanding of history.

Messed up the first ammendant and the 14th amemdent. For some reason I thought the 14th was Income Tax, but now that I think of it I guess it was the 16th.
