I think it works that <51%=I and that >50%=E.

Why did they make things so difficult?
It should be at LEAST 50 % in the results.

When I got T 1 % it actually means T 51 % ( when lesser then 50 % you have to add 50 - 50+1 ) T 51 % F 49 % in my case.

I believe that on such sites the percentages indicate how sure the test is that you're a certain function. I do not believe that it means that you are #% T.
