I recommend this anime film to anyone who has not seen it. I was especially drawn to the futuristic images and philosophical overtones fleshing out an otherwise very simple love story. Great, incisive dialogue/monologue kept simple enough for children, but definitely appealing to those who for whatever reason become exiles.
