I'm curious, we have a troll on another forum I go to. He spammed a friends blog and has been a real ass-hole.

What can one do with an ip address? :ph34r:

I've already looked it up and pinged it with NeoTrace. Is there anything else? :nerd: :devil:

What can one do with an ip address?

Lookup: Netbus, Sub7, and Back Orfice.
If they have any trojan servers, one can remotely access their computer.

Yeah, legally all you can do is Reverse DNS the IP to get his ISP, document the abuse and send that to the ISP for them to deal with

Illegally, either anything mentioned above or get a whole group of friends and DoS him
