indeed, I would hope that since the site is being indexed more intp's would come across this site.. and that probably explains the "Most users ever online was 144, 11-19-2004 at 07:06 AM."

So INTP central has only been around since 07/2004?

correct. the original community was formed here http://intp.forumer.com by Ngene in January of '04(I think). The archive, located here http://www.intpcentral.com/index.php?mode=archive -- will be up in a day or two(still hasn't been processed since the moved but it will be)-- the archive is essentially a "mirror" of the INTP forumer site. The INTP forumer community was much smaller and much less active then this site.. but since the move the community has grown and will continue to grow..
before intp.forumer.com there was some other board but I don't exactly have details on that one. I joined intp.forumer in early June.

Interesting.

I've been on and off the INTP Cheshire Cat (http://www.intp.org) mailing list for the past 2-3 years. It's a decent list; however, I always thought a site like this one would be better suited for discussion . . .. "Thought" being the key word, because I never did anything about it, go figure. Anyhow, I'm glad that someone finally had the gumption to set up a formal site. I bet once the Google spiders start spinning their webs, we'll have an exponential number of new members.

On a side note (whoops, digressing again) . . . I've often pondered the correlation between Internet use and "IN"-ness. (Maybe that's like. .. ."INternet" use or something  ). Has this been discussed at length here or am I just stating the obvious? Noticed on the bloginality (http://bloginality.love-productions.com/) site (bottom right-hand column) that there seems to be a disproportionate amount of "I"'s vs "E"'s online or with websites . . . Supposedly, most people are "ES," right? Online there seem to be more "IN"-type people.

Perhaps the Internet is the introvert's equivalent of meeting the mother ship.

Just a thought.
