This is going to be difficult. However, I thought that switching roles could be an interesting and fun exercise to practise our least developed functions.

In this thread, NTs are not allowed to use their T as one of their primary functions but have to rely mainly on intuition, Fi and Fe. Every post have to be written in accordance to how we *feel*.
This includes:

In this thread, NFs are not allowed to use their F as one of their primary functions but have to rely mainly on intuition, Ti and Te. Every post have to be based on *hard logic*.
This includes:
- Short precise *cut to the case* posts (however, remember the sarchasm, irony and flexing your brain muschles to impress the other posters).
- Objective conclusions based on analyzis and hard logic.
- Trying to connect with other posters on a mind level.
- Brush aside other peoples feelings for the sake of justice.
- Suppressing your emotions (remain objective and focus on facts).

Oh well, been trying to come up with a good subject for an T/F debate - there seem to be so many but my mind is blank at the moment. Anyone got a suggestion for a good subject?

Knowing one nice cheerleader doesn't negate the statistics: 99% of cheerleaders are skanky bitches. Anecdotal evidence to the contrary is suspect, since it hasn't been properly correlated with all mitigating factors accounted for in the study.

As for love, read "Fuck Love" by I. M. Bitter. He really outlines the neuroscience of the experience of love, breaking it into its various chemical origins. You'll soon see that love is no more mystical than enjoying a nice chocolate bar. He also spends a great deal of time deconstructing the myths that human beings have constructed as a result of their neurobiological input, to retrospectively account for the experience and assign it a spiritual origin. It's all very enlightening, but my hopes for your enlightenment remain quite low.

Well actually, I know *severel* cheer leaders and they are *all* nice. You shouldn't talk bad about people you don't know. I have been trying to get to know myself all my life, but because I am so complex and deep it has been a real struggle. No, I am not a self-centered narcissist who spends copious amount of time pondering my own deepness, haha you kidder!

I just want everyone in the world to be happy and get along with one another in a glorious communion. All violence and war is based on ignorance and misunderstanding anyway, so we only need to sit down, with some herbal teas and discuss our differences, appreciate them. I do worry about the trees think though, especially since they cannot tell us directly; all this industrialisation is really hurting them. Perhaps some more herbal tea and discussion will help.

Lee, I never perceived you as a self-centered narcissist - never. Somehow, I've allways feelt that you and I were on the same emotional wave length. Life can be a struggle, we feel so much and people can sometimes be both insensitive and cruel. However, I find comfort in the thought that you and I know our hearts are in the right place.

Once, when hiking through the far east, I came upon a glorious temple upon a rocky mountain. I entered and spoke with a grand old man called Ho Shu Ping, at first his humbleness and basic clothing led me to believe he was the janitor, only after leaving did I discover that he was in charge of the entire temple! Anyway, he told me about the universal consciousness and how the trees feel the world more than we do, they know secrets about history and the universe forever lost to mankind.

Ever since then I have been sure to respect the rights of trees and live in harmony with them. I advise you do to, as life is so much more fulfilling when you are aware of how to prevent such suffering. I know this might not make sense to your linear logic and scientific world view, but just listen to your feelings and you'll discover the right path.

In New York, there is a Japanese man that sells "bonsai cats". Does it sound nice? Well it is NOT!

The man puts baby cats in glass bottles and feeds them through a tube. Another tube is used to clean up the fezzes and urine of the cat.

In order to the baby cat to shape up to the glass bottle, the cat is fed with chemicals to soften their bones, as well as to keep them alive as much as possible (as long as they can survive that kind of torture). The cat cannot move, walk, clean himself... He cannot do anything!

This kind of cruelty is becoming fashionable in NY, Indonesia and New Zealand. People think is fashionable to have a live mascot shaped as a bottle.

Devise a plan so that she has no time to worry before you make her extremely jealous, telling her you've been with someone else, had extremely good sex, then cut her off, making sure she knows she should fuck off. In other words, give her a "kick in her feelings". INTPs need that to feel anything. If she runs off, you know she wasn't any good. If she stays, you can "kick her in the feelings" again later.

God, I don't know what came over me. I didn't mean to be such a bitch, sometimes I just lose it when i think people are being unfair, but I really love everyone in the world and would never hurt anyone, that's not like me at all. I'm a very spiritual person, really, and we all deserve a chance.

I have an INTP friend who, well...I really am :wub: :wub: IN LOVE :wub: :wub: with. She is so smart, but I feel like sometimes she pushes me away when I want to understand her. I just don't know what to do :(. I feel like she also loves me, but she just doesn't express it, so I just don't know if maybe I should try talking to her.

It was my belief, and now the types are fighting each other! I can't stand the conflict. All I wanted was an internet forum where everybody got together

You may have an IQ of 180 but your EQ must be about ZERO. I dont think I like the way you are talking to everybody in here. The mood in this thread was wonderful until you brought all of this negativity in here. There has to be abetter way to get in touch with your emotional issues than unloading all of your emotional baggage on us. you are right, they are all sick. I can see why they act that way, and god, it really does hurt when I think about it too much... but I don't think about it too much because then it really hurts. I feel very bad for them.
