New Posts

Is there a way to keep the "new posts" link from expiring? It seems like when I'm on the site for a long period of time it times out before I can read all the new posts. Guess this is more of a question than a suggestion . . .

I open each thread in a new window when I'm browsing the NewPosts results. When I'm done reading, then I can refresh the NewPosts results in the original window.

It would be nice if we could each set our own parameters for the NewPosts search.

Oh, on a similar note, I've noticed lately that on refresh, posts that I've read will sometimes show up as still being un-read (i.e. bold), although I have definitely read them. This seems like a bug?.?

Not the right place to report this (I'm pretty sure) but it's a little similar: I just saw that the CATS thread is listing me as having posted there today... but I didn't ...

every time the poll is voted on, it gets bumped and the last reply time is updated with that time.. but since you are still the last reply to the thread it says that you are. I am not sure how to resolve the other issues in this thread...
