Do I really need to take all AP classes? Why? It isn't like I have a plan in life.

That depends. If there's an AP class for a subject you are relatively weak in, don't for that class. I would do it though if it doesn't seem so overwhelming. The AP title is a tad superfluous, they are normal classes IMO. The real meaning is that you can use the classes for college credit, which you should be earning really because you don't want to be taking classes over again. Those who aren't taking AP classes in high school are getting cheated out of their time and effort (if they are putting in their time and effort in the first place).

I would say yes, with the proviso that you get enough sleep -- health is always the most important thing.
And, you might not get as much credit as you thought -- you need to check with the schools you'll be applying to.

Take an AP class if you think you can handle it. Oh, like Hypnos said, get good sleep.

Damn. Why don't we have classes similar to AP classes in Finland? :(

I took all AP/IB classes throughout HS. It was easy, then again, I'm not you so its really hard to recommend whether you do it or not. Go for it if you think you can handle it because it does look better if you are planning on going to college. Also, Take the AP tests that you will be able to get credit for because 83$ is alot cheaper than what it costs per credit in college. Good luck.

Here are some of my thoughts from another thread, maybe you have read it already:
Standardized tests such as the AP's allowed me to attend a decent college despite so-so grades and nearly non-existent extra-curricular activities. Having any kind of national academic award on your application will help you stand out. I also was also able to switch majors and graduate in four years with the use of the credits.
Then again, once you get to college, skipping introductory classes using AP credits isn't always a good idea, especially in math and science. I ran into that problem with calc and it screwed me up in the long run in math.

Skipping gen-eds like social studies is fine. I didn't have to worry about skipping math 'cause I didn't do well enough on the AP to do so. I aced the calculus classes, contributing to that nice GPA that got me into a decent grad school despite so-so standardized tests.
The way of the tortoise worked for me.
