I liked Vanity Fair and I also enjoyed the film Saw[mainly because of the ending otherwise it would have been "just another movie"]. I haven't seen any of the ones you listed.

There were a lot of good movies that I didn't put on the list. Saw was good and I was shocked by the ending too. Very clever.

I'm afraid my tastes are fairly mundane. Many good comedies this year. My top 3 (I could name 5 movies but I might forget some, these three I'm certain of were the best movies I saw this year)
