This is a question on an enneagram test and I am wondering what exactly is the point of asking this? Wouldn't all living creatures be scared of getting injured?

Ever been skiing?
Ever refuse to go skiing because you might get hurt?

Some people will choose the thrill of risking their lives rather than focus on the possibility they could get badly hurt. Extreme sports is at one end of the spectrum.
It's just a matter of one's focus. All types realize the risk, but for some the thrill is worth the risk; for others, it is not.

Ever refuse to go skiing because you might get hurt?
Yes, after I rolled down a bunny slope. <_<

Just think of yourself as "Column A" and those guys who run off the cliff at the quarry yelling "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAWWW!!!" as "Column B" and the question may take on more relevance to the test.

Some people are just careless. Check any worksite to see what I mean.

i think it's talking about OCD-like tendencies. like when you see a screwdriver in the glove compartment and you're like, "someone could hurt their hand blindly scrounging around for food in there." and so you take it out to put it in a more appropriate place
