If any of you here meditate, or maybe you're interested in trying: I have found an interesting site in regards to the enneagram test results which are spot on. I personally have known before reading this site improving my root chakra was the main thing that needed to be worked on from taking a chakra test before. Now, that is funny because I test 5w6 on enneagram, so it actually makes sense. Here are some guides should anyone be interested. I was wondering if any of this was spot on for anyone else. There is a chakra test you can take online which will give you some idea of which parts of your chakra need strengthening.
Most of these would sum up the IN category of people, right? don't most INTPs score 4,5,6 enneagram types? They all seem to be one's which requore focus on the root chakra. 2,4,5,6,7 - I find this really interesting, because these four seem to be the only type which focuses on root chakra as the main chakra to be worked on. Coincidence?
I find being more present a huge difficulty, I'm always either thinking or dreaming of the past, or thinking or dreaming of the future. It is sometimes annoying to think so much.
Since I tested type 5, it specifically says:
to ground and be more present
The funny thing is, I was in meditation practicing this today, but it seems a very difficult concept to grasp. Of course, we can't live anywhere but in the present time. Does anyone else have this problem also? Do you ever find yourself thinking of the past or future too often, and sometimes it even seeming out of your own control of what you're thinking? And if so, what is your enneagram type in relation to this if it does happen?
