Export Controls on the Programs

Ticking the "I accept the License Terms and Export Restrictions" checkbox below is a confirmation of your agreement that you comply, now and during the trial term, with each of the following statements:

- You are not a citizen, national, or resident of, and are not under control of, the government of Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, Syria, nor any country to which the United States has prohibited export.

Way to go America! Now I really hate my government!

Heh, bullshit but you gotta laugh at a clause like that.

I had a couple of Sudanese friends in the Emirates who got fucked a couple of times trying to go to university in the US. One guy had been going to UPenn for 3 years and the US government wouldn't renew his visa for 4th year. Eventually he got it luckily but he was a year late graduating. And they just wouldn't grant his younger brother never was granted a visa period.

A friend from Oman had the same problem. Visa some years, no visa others.
