It may be too late for anything like this, but what do you think about it? Does the Senator have a workable plan? I think the problems may go beyond sectarian conflicts, but I want to hear what you have to say.

One big problem, Iraq will have no oil revenues. The imperialists oil companies will be getting 3/4 of Iraq's oil revenue for the next 30 years. I mention this is one of the threads in the Middle East forum. You may want to check that out.

The plan would maintain a unified Iraq by decentralizing it and giving Kurds, Shiites and Sunnis breathing room in their own regions...
(Emphasis mine.) Sorry, but that's doubletalk. The plan calls for partition. I agree with that part, but let's not try to bullshit the Sunnis because they will see through it.
