Imagine if humans evolved just one personality type: intp. Or at least lets say 90% of people. (which would actually be quite different in cause) I bet there could be some really cool cultural and social dynamics from day one... would we be this far ahead technology wise? would we have evolved into a west coast native indian style for thousands of years? How woulc have ancient civilizations have been ruled? or would they have even evolved in the first place?
just a random thought that gets the creative juices flowing at 7mm/s.
happy new year!

I've often thought about what the world would be like if it consisted only of introverted intuitive types. For one, since INs are more apt to realize the consequences of our collective behaviour, the planet would probably be much better off environmentally and maybe socially (depends on the ratio of thinkers to feelers maybe.) There would probably be a lot more time for doing things since many of us INs don't value the "work your life away" ethic that our ESTJ tyrannical overlords value so much. We'd realize the value of adding more time to ponder and reflect on life. No more stupid office parties, no more planet-destroying crass materialism, more peace (though INTJs might put an end to this), more time to sleep in and no assholes berating you because you're not more social. I think it would be a highly anarchistic society, the office fascism that we've all been enslaved under would probably be either done away with totally or modified to be much more tolerable.

man i would hate 90% intp population. DO YOU KNOW HOW FUCKING HARD IT IS TO PICK UP ALREADY? NOW IMAGINE THAT 90% OF THE FEMALE POPULATION ARE INTP!!
i dont think i am alone in thinking that intp women are hard enough to hit on or try to get to know

I think... somehow, people would still manage to reproduce. All social mores and standards would be different, probably unrecognizeably so.

We're a niche. The world would be a lot less interesting without everyone else, except SJs.

not in the least bit biased are we zedo? why the attack on sj's?
okay true they do tend to want to hold fast to traditions a lot, sometimes too much but the personalities of them especially the isfj is brilliantly useful. that said, my dad is isfj. read up on that one, while he doesnt encourage my mental growth or my imagination he recognises it as useful and if you read into the personality further it is very helpful if you are intp since i dont pay that much attention to my finances or food, or toilet paper, or electricity

They're far more trouble than they're worth to NTs. I'm an NT. It's because of SJs that the standards of mundane detail and organization are too high for some of us to easily reach. That's taking this "thinking" of yours one step further. Furthermore, I've never met or heard of an SJ whose "values" I cared the least for in principle, even when they favored me. What they are derived from is irrational. Maybe there are some grand SJs out there!
