My favorite non-lethal weapons are the guns that squirt out sticky stuff or slippery stuff. There was a photo of a crowd of angry Somalians that were all stuck together by this bifurcating strand of stretching taffy-like substance, and the more they wrestled with it......
nope, they used the slippery stuff on a different group. :D
