WTF, I think people should be free to run into buses and automobiles. Besides, its nature's way of making the gene pool stronger and not to mention funny as hell to watch. :devil:

If you walk into a bus from lack of attention you deserve it. I wear my ipod whilst biking and I've only almost been hit 3-4 times. Big deal. Besides that would have happened anyway. Fucking drivers think they own everything. Getting pretty tired of electronic devices being blamed for people's stupidity.

It's as stupid as banning cell-phones while driving,might as well ban talking to other people in the car, I dont think that is any less distracting. I wear my mp3-player while cycling and I have never even come close to an accident because of it.

I wish them the best of the luck, because they are seriously going to need it. It's NYC, I can't hear shit to begin with and wouldn't know if yelling or honking was being directed at me.
