it probably means you're not getting enough sleep

Actually, anything twitching is a potassium deficiency. Go eat a banana or pear and it will stop instantly. Have some milk and a pear, for calcium and potassium.

Stay away from soda, because it removes your potassium from your body.

OH! I went back and read this, it was something making you mad that makes the twitch start? Well, ok, please ignore this then, unless its really a deficiency.

It could be Benign Essential Blepharospasm:

I think I may be getting this. My eyes tear up in cool air too easily. Time for botox!

I get this too. This one time, my left eye used to be really lazy, almost be shut at times. And now, that stopped, but my right eye has this tiny muscle now that I always feel, and it sometimes twitches. I ate a banana today, it didn't help.

An idea I came up with, albeit when I was stoned, is that an eye being lazy, almost shut, is a symptom of the side of your brain that handles that side not being used often. If that side is extremely active, through twitches, it represents a side doing overtime. It's crazy, yes.

i always simply thought it was me getting pissed off a lot and suppressing it too much.

Huh. That happened to me for a couple years now and then, but hasn't for a long time.

I've had this happen, but only when I'm really tired. It could be from lack of sleep.
