Could use new emoticon

I like the smilies. But what we need is a shifty eye smily. I mean, I know the whistle can serve the same function, but I want shifty eyes.

Example usage:

No officer, I have *no* idea how the ATM got attached to my car's bumper... :shifty eyes:

Any other emoticons that we could use, but will probably never get implemented?

Though that does bring up a question (or am I merely pretending that it does, so I can move onto this tangent? The world may never know.):

Where did they get these smilies? Did someone make them special for this, or is there a free "smilies 'R us" site that they got taken from, or are they part of vBulletin? Or what?

I believe they're originally from invisionboard.. ppl didn't like the vbulletin smilies.. I think.. I can't remember..
