Ah, I see THIS is what you were referring to. It may take me a while to figure out the protocols here, being a newbie.

I didn't realize we had so few females. It's not surprising considering our society tends to try and enculture females toward feeling and not thinking :p

Maybe you're joking, but the difference between feeling and thinking is inherent in the brain, and female babies tend to act differently than male babies in that area. Male babies look around randomly at everything. Female babies focus on people and make more eye contact.

#1, I'm a "she" . . . :)
#2, I meant why is this not a "public" poll where individuals' answers are visible?

Start a new, more public, poll.

38 to 16...not too terrible. I'm guessing the male population vs. female population of INTP's alone in general has a slightly lower ratio of female to male.

Ah, again the nature vs. nurture question. It pops up everywhere! Does life imitate art or does art imitate life? Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Hmm, I guess society was rather unsuccessful in its enculturement of me toward feeling......

only roughly 12% of members reporting... and 2.3 guys per girl.

My guess is 2 males to 1 female overall, similar to board postership (makes sense). And my guess counts!
