I've been told I'm fairly tense.. it seems like I'm always tensed up..when I say tense, I mean my muscles are tight and my body isn't very relaxed.

You might try hitting yourself in the neck muscles.

Depends dude...if that causes you to explode in the ways you and I know then yes...you are, and you need to take a breather (s)...

As for me, yeah, most of the time, but then I just exercise it out. Don't really do the massage thing.

no, not usually anyways.

I've been told I'm like a cat, super calm and relaxed most of the time, but when I need or want to be I can be very active and intense.

I've got this knot behind my left shoulderblade that annoys me either after carrying things over my shoulder or stress.

I use it as an indicator of how I need to spend the next few days when it's stress related.

I don't think there is any correllation between my anger and how tense I am, although I suppose I don't really know.

I've been told often than I'm intense. I'm always tense. I'm the classic (Aquarian) example of appearing laid-back, etc., but internally nervous/tense. Physical affection does alot to relieve it. Otherwise, I go swimming or ride one of my bicycles, which helps.

Yep, there's an area of tension between my shoulderblades and up the back of my neck that doesn't loosen up unless I'm convinced I'm safe (read: alone).

I have to contend more with fatigue than tenseness.
