So?

Edit: I now know that Rajah is stuck there, so she is excused from presenting her report to the rest of the class until such time as she returns home.

Will we ever hear anything?

(I thought that, "Whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.")

Rajah

I may even get to leave tonight! :O

I don't know how to say this. But I've seen things on this trip. Things that age a man 20 years.

P.S. Rhu likes green boxers. He keeps his love of the Irish on the down low, and it's only brought out by Bombay Sapphire.

Damn, I so should have booked as a last minute flight. Bombay Sapphire too? Bastards!

Bunch of NTs walking around getting wasted...people falling over on their ass on backs...gluttony, gambling and lust...yea...it was a great weekend :P

Hustler
19 Mar 2007, 11:05 PM
It's probably best to keep the details of who slept in whose bed, who got drunk and told all about his experience with drugs, orgies and donkeys, who got naked and took a bath in the Luv Tub in front of all of us, who fell right on her ass in a drunken stupor in the middle of a casino, who cuddled with Rhu after he repeatedly dropped his pants, who jumped for joy like an eight year old NF at ice cream, who went dancing with whom and how that turned out and everything else that may or may not have happened off of the forum. I guess the rest of you should try a little harder to get to Las Vegas next time.

meshou wasn't even there for the really crazy stuff. I didn't see her because she was only there for one night, and that was the night I was delayed.

Hustler sums it up pretty well.

Rhu was actually probably my favorite. Have you ever seen two two-year-olds make friends? Share juice, grab hands and run?

*grabs Rhu's hand, runs*

He's darling and deserves a harem.

Rajah
Is a closet extravert. Talking to people to figure out where you are? Pfft.

NPG
One of the more introverted, although she hadn't had much sleep. Much more acidic than the rest of us. Also, her personality varies a lot more than others. Can go from very acidic to very sweet and back again in thirty seconds.

s0
Has ungodly Presence. You know when she's in a room. Very economical with words, very precise. Likely would have been happier chainsmoking. She's got a slight otherworldy thing INFJs wish they had, but usually don't.

I'd totally do her. For serious. Hawt.

Hustler
He's kind of a big deal.

OK, I'll actually say something.
The first picture he posted doesn't look a damn thing like him and he knows it. The second, posted in the "How we've changed" thing is accurate, although a litte muted.

Very quick witted. He needs to watch his tells, he covers his mouth when smiling for a reason. He's very jovial.

You don't need to jump to rub his head, but it's more fun.

Haight
There's a certain sort of INTP that's gotten their Fe sorted out, and has completed the absent minded professor journey. Reminds me of nighthawk. A very muted, almost delicate happyness buried in there.

Either do it closer to me or much further away, because the car driving is too tempting when it's that distance. Not far enough not to go, not far enough that I would fly to go, and not close enough to drive really easily.

Mojaigto

Muddle 3 sprigs basil with sugar and splash of soda. Squeeze lime wedge and add.
Pour into glass; add ice.
Fill with soda and light rum.
Garnish with more basil and a tomato slice.

Mmm.

Finish by smoking a cigarette for the first time since 1993.

Nuh-uh. Haight thinks you're hot.
Anyone with eyes and a brain knows he's hot. He took Rhu back to his hotel and me back to my car early Sunday morning (like 4A), and he was attracting females like nothing else... If this happens again, we must bring him on any clubbing expeditions.

I think it's pretty clear that the next meet-up needs to be in Tijuana.
I second this. Except the Mexican Police might be a bit of trouble and need some bribing. Maybe one of the coastal party towns in Baja would work...

One instance of semi-public nudity, and we all get lumped in that group...
Yeah, they think we all took off our clothes or something. Then again, a couple times I did the closest to public nudity I ever do - I unbuttoned my top shirt button and let it all hang out.

Did anyone get to see the main strip casinos like the Mirage, or Caesers or Paris or Bellagio? And, which Buffets did you go to?

I discovered that making people laugh, when they are preparing to die, is something I will attempt to avoid if there ever is a next time.

Secondly, and oddly enough, I came to the conclusion that spending all day getting hammered was probably the best preperation that I could have possibly hoped for. So . . .

Sounds like a compressor stall. Loud as hell, but its no real danger. People always freak out about them though. Nobody seems to understand just how safe air travel is. The engine didn't "Blow". If it "blew" there would be shards of fan blade piercing the fuselage of the aircraft. But those engines don't "blow", despite what the movies and media might tell you.

Dr. Haight
21 Mar 2007, 05:20 PM
Really, those things are designed to fly with only one engine.Yeah, that's what the pilot said after the fire went out. However, trust me when I say stability was clearly an issue. Which was compounded by all the emergency services vehicles lined up on the tarmac.

I suspect it was all a precautionary measure. Although, when your coming in for a landing, while the on-board lights are flickering and the plane is having stability issues, it difficult to accept that the plane is designed for this when you spot three ambulances and several firetrucks waiting for your, err, landing.

Funny on so many levels. 'What is Love' has been my ringtone for the last 6 months. I dont think we hung out long enough for my phone to ring because File Cabinet insisted we immediately go and open up the Emporium ;)

I regret not spending more time to appreciate the depth of your wit and humor, being outta sync, and missing out on much of the group antics but whatcha gonna do?

I got way distracted but it happened in a good way, so it was meant to be.

Had a nice run at the Rio 2/5 NL for $1100. Set over top pair and and set over set (easy to play), were the only two hands I needed to get them so invested that they felt pot committed and gave away the remainder of their chips.

Harrahs invited me back first week in April for 100k free roll and a shot at the WSOP (10k Lottery) so I'll be back soon enough.

Maybe I will get a chance to party with Hustler eventually and we'll run the tables and go fishing (I know I'll have to step it up to a higher limit, not a problem). My ego has no desire to play against him, Im INTP, not stupid.

I had no expectations with this trip.

Las Vegas: The sanest city I've ever been to in my life. People arrive as well as depart. Oh, how you represent the transitory nature of humanity! Oh, the incredible honesty! Walking down the street with a beer in hand, street vendors cluttering the sidewalks, artists practicing their craft. Oh, If thou weren't so wretchedly warm in the summer months of summer, my heart would remain with you.

I found Buddha in the Stage Door. Twenty condoms in all to choose from, toilets that overflowed and doors that unconsciously choose to remain ajar. Bud light for a dollar fifty. Friendly waitresses that smiled when company arrived. The tuneful aria of smoke. The glimmering smiles, rueful tones of laughter, feelings of content: It was all there. I think the beat writers were right: we are already in heaven.

I went back to the Stage Door on my last day. There. Here I am. I could remain here, I know. I sat down and ordered a Bud light. Here I am. I thought I could relive the nostalgia but like us, passes by. You had to of been there. One can only move on.

I couldn't of asked for anything more.
