You forget that all of the western world is more or less led by the U.S. =P Many countries that don't have english as our mother language teach it from early grade school, half of our news coverages are from USA-related topics, etc. :ph34r:
And on top of that, Bush is sadly enough of swedish ancestry if you go way back ;P
