Anyone else find this guy really fucking irritating? He's always whining about any random thing that isn't 100% pro-america, pro-middle-class, anti-immigration, etc.

Today he was bitching about the new huge Airbus jet and how European governments had subsidized it, spending billions, while it hasn't made a profit yet -- and man those Europeans were THE DEVIL for it. Dude, WTF? The US government does the same shit, American companies spend assloads of money on things too (somehow I doubt Boeing creates new jets on twenty bucks), and businesses take risks all the time. That's what business is all about.

The guy seems to think that wasteful middle class union workers are the only important people and anything that isn't blatantly in support of them is sacrelige. Ugh.

(and FWIW I'm from a middle class union worker american family so don't change the subject to me!)

it's not a coincidence that he's on the Communist News Network.

Yes he is horrible and repetitive - I conditioned myself to change the channel after 10 too many "exporting america" and "protecting our borders" exposes.

Amen to that! I hate Lou Dobbs so much. He used to do moneyline which wasn't bad where he'd interview a lot of CEO's. I cannot believe that he is still continuing on with this outsourcing America crap. The other day, he had a Democrat and Republican on and they both basically told Lou he is an idiot in kinder words. A friend and I have a theory that he must still be under contract because he really should be fired immediately.

Lou Dobbs is a populist-ish whiner, while O'Reilly is a pompous right wing asshole.

So I turn on the TV and see Ted Kennedy blabbing with this big banner at the bottom of the screen: ASSAULT (colored red) on the MIDDLE CLASS

Good god!

Haha... I was just watching Lou too...

I am sorry you guys won't like me, but I like watching my man Lou... At least he talks about interesting subjects that I think we SHOULD be thinking about, instead of the usual stupid drivel that they talk about on half the time like Mike Jackson showing up to his court in his pajamas..

Granted I admit Lou may be totally out of touch with reality time will tell, but I think he at least cares about hard working people. He sort of reminds me of the guy in "Network" that yells "I'm mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore." I think this country needs people like him to stir up things even if you don't agree what he believes in.

Ok let me have it.... :laser:

Judge Lou Dobbs not by his position, but by the logical integrity of the arguments he makes.

Since that is the approach I take, I have found no evidence to counter my conviction that I could crack his skull open, pour out his brain, take a dump in his brain pan, seal it all up again and not be able to tell the difference.

Well, his earwax would probably smell odd.

My INFP friend summed up Lou Dobbs: "Somehow, he takes sense and distills nonsense from it."
