This San Francisco blogger got put away in jail/prison for refusing to give up a video he shot of people protesting. Because a bottle rocket was shot under a police car they claimed it was a big deal. ( The only damage noted to the car was a tail light being out - which may have been there before the kerfuffle started. )

I remember this guy, I visited his blog last year. I think it was just around the time he was arrested. Unbelievable. I don't get exactly what he did. He eventually handed over the tape, didn't he?
