They can have tax for the stupid (lottery) then they are quite free to make a tax for the reckless....although I don't see why anyone is even paying this one?.....its the law follow it or you will get cuaght....(speeding is much more stupid since you have nothing to gain and the lose is much higher...buy a lottery ticket don't speed....seems to be a good idea)... Quite certainly I don't mind making other people pay....if they are endangering my life...

Whats spectacular about the new fines happens to be the fact that if you don't live in VA and decide to do a 100 in a school area, kill some kid, then later slam on the brakes, wipe out a family, knock down a few toll boths, run over a rabbit, run through a road block, and kill one of those pretty and precious flowers growing serendipitously in the road you aren't going to have to pay a dime.
