Every fucking computer I have had has had an unreliable clock!! Could those motherboard manufacturers get it right sometime? My present system loses about 2hours a day! What gives? My previous one about 5 minutes a day.

The battery is probably too weak. If you use windows XP you can simply turn on the auto synchronization to adjust the time in every reboot.

Screw the watch, learn to tell the time by the sun. Or you could keep a piece of radioactive material in your pocket with a predictable decay rate, then recaculate to find out how much time has past since your base reading. Cell phones are good too, cause they always are updated by the signal tower, even if you don't have service through that company anymore.
