I've met plenty of people from the net.. and most of the experiences have been pretty disappointing but I'm still giving it another go. blah blah blah, nothing ever works out for me though .. especially with web personals. :mellow: :mellow: :mellow: :mellow: :mellow:

I received one of those once. I've met ppl but it's been 1 on 1.. I duno.. it's just easier to meet ppl from the net sometimes although I don't do it as often as I used to.

I don't really go for the whole online dating thing. Id rather talk to someone in person and get to know them. I don't really trust people at first, so it takes time for me to actually trust someone. I did make a profile at okcupid, but that was because I was bored one night, besides I already like someone, who I know from school.

I just did it because I was bored. I wasn't expecting any one to message me. I like someone from college anyways. I just don't like the idea of talking to a computer screen. You don't know if the person is actually who they say they are.

Lol, is the yahoo personal service free? If so, why not create, say, 10 profiles, all slightly different, but all you? Seems like you could increase your odds. Plus, you might get a girl who carries on relationships with more than one of you... then you can tell if you can trust her or not. Lol, ask her "Are you considering any other men?" and if she is, with another you, and says no... Busted!
