Old drunk driving study

I know this is an old study (2003). I'm just curious what people think about this, particularly the statistic on Mexicans, considering the fact that we're seeing a massive population growth for that group.

Thats horrible. Maybe drunk drivers are targeting mexican pedestrians on purpose. I dont see how they could though, unless there are demographics to show that mexicans typically live in between areas containing bars and the suburban neighborhoods of drunken drivers.

Hmmm, I was looking at it as Mexicans being the drivers, not the victims. Maybe I've been viewing it incorrectly.
