So, apparently they are breeding a new form of Canadian superbear. How do they know? Some redneck shot one of them.

This article says that global warming will do us in, though we all know the truth of their anger!

Difficult decision to make . . . "Growler" reminds me of beer, while Pizzly just makes me laugh. I like pizzly

Actually, I think it's more "rich dickhead" than redneck. I don't know of many rednecks that have $45 large to go on hunting trips.
Hopefully it had some brothers or sisters to carry on the grolar/pizzly lineage.

If it is found to be a Grizzly bear, Martell, whose hunting license only allowed him to shoot Polar bears, may be charged with shooting the wrong animal, officials said.
that's bullshit...how was he supposed to know it was a superbear?

I'm surprised no one's asked yet: Polar/Grizzly hybrid vs. Liger, to the death. ;)

I love the caption for the article's picture:
"The Polar bear (top) and the Grizzly bear (bottom) - together at last."

"described by local media as a "pizzly", a "grolar bear"
I thought after the whole "loonie" and "toonie" thing we had agreed that Canadians aren't allowed to name anything ever again.
Actually, I think it's more "rich dickhead" than redneck. I don't know of many rednecks that have $45 large to go on hunting trips.
Ah, yes, the Canadian Reddick strikes again.
The article is inaccurate anyway, even rounding 50k CAD is ~47.5K USD.
