Too tired to find the threads on Nietzsche...
This site Old and long-out-of-print books if inevitably less promising than it's title ( only two books are there + a link to Mencken ), has on-line the great H. L. Mencken's book on Nietzsche, The Philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche by Henry Louis Mencken. 1908.
And what caught me first:
The Behavior of Crowds by Everett Dean Martin. 1920. Investigating crowd morality & behaviour a la Gustave Le Bon.
