Pam seems like a feeler. I've had bad experiences dating ISFPs. Karen's much stronger, seems smarter, plus she's a brunette. I'd pick her. I agree that Karen's a T, but I'm not convinced on the N. Not sure that Karen's the better choice for Jim, though. Jim seems kind of ESTP-ish, and sensor men tend to have a hard time in relationships smart, ambitious women.

I love that show. It's the only thing on TV that I'll actually make any kind of effort to watch.

Pam seems like a feeler. I've had bad experiences dating ISFPs.

ISFP was my second guess. :) I don't think I've known any personally so I leaned towards T, thinking that a Feeler might feel sorry for Dwight instead of playing tricks on him all the time.

Feelers aren't automatically kind, and thinkers aren't automatically mean. She doesn't seem very logical to me, whereas Karen does.
