As soon as I have someone write the preface, acknowledgments and introduction, I should have at least three pages.

As a child, I used to hate to walk past the steps that led up to the second floor of our home because my brother had created a 'nature scene' in a glass box which included a baby deer we had found in the field. I tried to save it by sleeping in the barn with the deer for a week, bottling feeding it.

I am fully aware how hillbilly that sounds.
