wanted: means to download a thread.

I wish there was a way to download an entire thread
for offline reading or printing.

There are so many threads that I wish I could archive for *EASY* re-reading later on, in the form of a continous scrollable page or printed hard copy.

There have been so many ideas and comments expressed here that I am wanting to go back and re-read and study.

click Thread Tools > Show Printable Version (http://forums.intpcentral.com/printthread.php?t=2754)
It seems to paginate though based on your posts-per-page setting in your options (http://forums.intpcentral.com/profile.php?do=editoptions). so if you set your posts per-page to 200 then go to the printable version, that should be what you want[of course some threads are longer then 200 posts-per-page].. although, it would be cool to have a snapshot of all threads for easy reading[updated weekly.. that would be cool and somewhat easy to setup..].. mmm..

Also would be cool to be able do the same with a selected users posts.

mmm.. yeah, that currently isn't possible[it is in a very limited (http://forums.intpcentral.com/search.php?do=finduser&userid=3) sense though]. that has been requested before.. maybe I can do it. give me a couple days(or weeks[or months.. but hopefuly not]) and I'll probably do it

If you could find something unique in the post(s), you could search by words, I would think. Same as by user as FC suggested.

save the source code, make the thread on your computer and then print it
