How dose your focus and clarity change through out the day, and what of your concentration levels?

I focus much better at nighttime, although I do okay during the day as long as I don't have to try and focus under glaring fluorescent lighting.

I focus (concentrate) better early in the morning, just after waking up, and late at night. I think it depends on the exposure to noise, heat and people which happens to be greater during the daytime.

It gets quite messed up whenever I'm sucked into mundane daily routine. It feels too robotic all the time and can cause me to lose perspective & focus on many things. Getting away and doing something different, even just for a couple of days, always works wonders to restore my drive and concentration... though I dunno whether this is necessarily an INTP thing, because for now I'm thinking this probably applies to pretty much everyone. (Or do some SJ or other types absolutely revel in such routine?)

my focus depends more on how "into" a project i am rather than what time of day it is. on the job, my focus is usually absolute shit and i used to always be high at work so that didn't help. since i quit the herb i find my focus increasing, but also my stress. if working on a personal project, i will work countless hours, skip sleeping, whatever, and my focus is perfect. i guess it's a matter of what catches my attention in the first place.
