Ah, power armors, the wet dream of any starcraft/warhammer fan.

I was looking around, just trying to see how far ahead exoskeletons have developed so far. The japanese have their HAL, Hybrid Assistive Limb, I must say it's a rather unfortunate name considering the 2001: A Space Odyssey. But wait. You don't have to be a movie buff to recognize the name of the company behind HAL.

HA..HA...HAAHAHAHAHA. Sorry, could not help it. Funny. Kinna. Considering what that american engineer said, that exoskeletons will reach the stage where they could be autonomous, that is they would be able to function without a user. Now, we only need a very powerful AI and...

Anyways, with any luck, should power armors become feasible (we still need a good, cheap and lasting power supply) we should see the wars of warhammer 40K come alive. Perhaps the age of the swords and armors will come back, only this time they will be power swords and power armors. In fact, should a single country quickly develop and field enough of these babies to completely overwhelm other countries...

I swear Japan already has secret, giant Mecha war robots that will totally own everyone should they ever decide to go to war again.

I will design the world's first full-body robotic human exoskeleton!
..Or maybe not, but I like to think about it. It seems like the new possibilities would be nearly limitless once we have armor like that.
