It's just a statement she like's saying. You'll have to dig through the old forum/archive to find the thread where she mentioned it.

I'd do it but I need to get back to work. :(

a google search shows it is common

it might be from a play or something

might take a bit to find its origin

It is an exclaimation, said when the irony is evident.

Origins, I have no idea. I don't recall reading or hearing it but I am sure I did, I just don't remember.

Proper usage? No such thing.

I think antireconciler may mean the entire phrase "Shaytana says: oh, the irony!"
It is something nobarcode uses every now and then, if I recall correctly :D Shaytana used the "oh, the irony" phrase someplace in the old board and it kind of stuck... it was a suitable occasion, as I remember. ;)
